1 day at an Evercoast studio

One day in the studio is an 8-hour day starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. This package includes use of the studio, the Evercoast system, and the personnel to operate the system. We include two (2) 30-minute pre-production calls as needed. All hair, makeup, creative services, craft services, and other add-ons can be arranged at an additional cost.

1 hour of footage under your direction

You bring the creative, a director and any associated crew, and we collaborate with you on best practices and limitations to create optimal content. You can record for up to one (1) hour throughout the day. Our core system can record for an hour before we need to offload data to free up space for further recording. This is typically plenty of time over the course of a 6-hour shoot. We can increase the amount of captured footage by budgeting time for offloading data if necessary.

5 minutes of rendered output

Evercoast will upload all captured footage and provide a 2D video of a single hero camera for your review in Cloudbreak (our volumetric rendering platform). You'll make your "selects" of which takes you'd like to fully render out with Evercoast's post-processing pipeline. You can render up to 5 minutes with this package, but you can always add more if you'd like.

Next day turnaround

We'll render your selected takes for next day delivery. Once you've reviewed your takes and provided Evercoast with your "selects," we'll deliver finished renders by the end of the next business day. Same day turnaround may be possible, depending on schedule and the time we receive the selects.

1 year of Cloudbreak storage

All of your data will be uploaded and stored on Evercoast Cloudbreak, powered by AWS. Your data will live on S3 and will be fully accessible for up to 1 year from the shoot date, extendable as needed.

3D web player review

Our rendering platform, Cloudbreak, provides access to a web player for viewing the rendered output on desktop and mobile where you can review the content with full 3D controls.
